The TN DOE is interested in learning more about how teachers and other school staff feel about their schools. The purpose of the survey is to measure the climate in schools to provide data that will promote effective and efficient allocation of resources and identify relationships between conditions for learning and academic outcomes. Your responses will help us understand more about what makes school a good place to be and how changes may be made to improve it.
